Class I Renewal Toulouse

I would be very appreciative if you anyone could post the details of where I can get my Class I renewal in Toulouse. It'd be much appreciated if you could also give me an idea of how long it takes for them to deliver the new certificate--is it same-day service a la Gatwick, or do they send it by post after a few days?
