airport seems to regard retail as their primary customer. Imagine if you went to catch a bus at the bus stop outside your house and had to put up with this nonsense. Never mind a third runway at Heathrow. close the
shops and concentrate on getting on the aircraft! Then you can argue whether or not the airspace is congested. Airports are a means, not an end.
