Being a Paramedic won't assist in the slightest for the EMS pilot jobs. The going minimum these days is around 2500 hours and at least 500 of that on twins. I'm guessing you mean Telstra Childflight and they are one of very few EMS operators that use co-pilots. Not sure of their requirements for that.
