Hey Courtman , Notamplot does include aerodrome NOTAMs. There is a setup screen where you select which aerodromes you want to d/load, then you press one of the buttons on the menu bar to see them.
Oh, and I think the non-plotted NOTAMs are the sort that don't relate to a specific LAT-LONG, so you should read them I guess.
