Try this:

RE hand baggage 7 kg (size 8x11x17ins,20cm x 28cm x 43cm); BE 10 kg (50cm x 35cm x 23cm) so BE let you carry more
RE hold baggage 15k, BE 20kg (RE excess per kg 6.50 = +£32.50 less 7.99 to = BE)
