This arrived here just now. I think the town of Wee Waa in NSW has strong family connnections to Campbell's family.

Rumour has it that there was nothing silly or out of the box, that it appeared to follow the low wing into the ground in a low level turn to the airstrip. There were two witnesses, station employees. Happened 'real quick', so the story goes.
