Have you another method of making the grass runway and other grassed areas serviceable without mowing.

The guys that choose to "fly" their ride on mowers on the weekend do so voluntarily providing the mowers, their time and the fuel to make available an operative airfield for all users, even those that are still wet behind the ears.

Geelong is not the only airport with an E/W runway the E/W runway at BRS is usable in its shortened length as your mate RT will attest and in the New Year it will revert back to its original length.

If you are not happy with the runways and operations at BRS remember, airfield usage is not compulsory.
