How about taking a deeper look into the operation itself before selling your butt?
1) A typical day consist of 4 sectors with 25mins turn around.
2) Crew do loadsheet themselves on turn around.
3) 98% flights are daily turn around,no company transport.KL city is some 70km away, try driving for 140km to and fro from work with 4 sectors duty in TS.
4) Skippers are of all background ranging from Phillipinos,Indonesian to Cambodian. Some from national flag carrier which would be the better ones, however, most of them came from ex A330 junior FO,not really having much command experience.35 years old and younger, mostly around 30.
5) TS in this region is mother of all in the world besides hurricane.Annual rainfall in this country is commonly measure in metres instead of mm.Well over 3500mm if you like.
6) Not a single chance to get an upgrade to A330.AAX is another company.
7) Training is short and inadequate. Some manuals are photocopied from the national flag carrier. Some blank out its logo on the pages.Don't be surprise to still see its logo in some of your books.
8) The nearest livable township is Nilai(aka airport city),~25km from LCC terminal. Expat's neighbourhood in KL is some 90km from LCC terminal. Factor in your fuel for 180km driving in a bone shaker Proton.
9) Skipper's hourly productivity was raised form Rm110 to 195 this year, copilot's nothing! Even now there is rumour saying they gonna cut skipper's back to around Rm120.
10) The whole "airline" management office is the size of a regular Starbuck outlet.
11) Have you come across an airline that would deliberately over order planes so that can sell to the national flag carrier for quick profit using political power?
Do you notice that its pilots hardly participate in this forum?why?
Now, do you still worry about if you need to learn to speak Bahasa? Or cultural problem being a white? If yes,you deserve to be with them!
99 GBP for a flight from UK to KL,yeah right!
