I totally agree that qantas standards have dropped. The food is stale and a sandwich for dinner! Whats that! Pillows and blankets are being phased out and so are kids packs. No magazines anymore except the qantas mag. there taking it all away. Very sad. They have spoilt the public for so long and now they take it all away. Of course people are going to be annoyed. Must admit there business class is very good. what do you think?
