Was just saying that in the 10 months of my Link existance standards have dropped. I have outlined some of the changes I have witnessed in an email to yourself. It would be wrong of me to disclose some of the changes at QF/QFLink on a PUBLIC forum. They are proceedural changes and not for open discussion.

I nice way to put it would be a 37min MEL-LST sector where we used to serve a hot OR cold dinner with a bar service and tea or coffee has turned into a box with two bikkies and a coffee cup if you are lucky!
