As of 0500 25th November 2008 the Drop Off Zone has been relocated to adjacent to the Short Term Car Park , please follow directional signage.
London Luton Airport Operations Limited (LLAOL) recently commenced major enhancements to its Central Terminal Area (CTA) which will include improvements to the bus set down area, the main terminal roundabout, drop off zone facilities and short term car park.
Once completed, the works, in conjunction with the opening of the East Luton Corridor, will deliver a significant improvement to the passenger journey for both arriving and departing passengers, as well as improving functionality for the wider airport community.
As the UK's fifth largest airport, currently serving over 10 million passengers per year, London Luton continues to invest in infrastructure and service provision to provide passengers will the best possible travelling experience.
Improvement works will begin this month and will go on until Easter 2009. During this time the Airport will endeavour to minimise any disruption to traffic although it is possible that some localised congestion will be experienced during certain phases of the project.
