Just adding to the above post that I don’t like that attitude and it is not mine. But folk are folk and the majority will have this attitude. Not now, sitting at their desk eating a chocolate biscuit, but the moment the flight gets delayed 15 minutes they will, or they get charged for being 1kg over on their luggage, or the taxi was more expensive than expected on the way to the airport.
