evansb has it in one. It is indeed the Amiot 110 (a.k.a. the Amiot-SECAM 110).
Designed as a contender in the French “Jockey” lightweight interceptor contest it was an all metal construction parasol monoplane with fabric wing skimming. It had an aerofoil section fuel tank in the fuselage behind the undercarriage that could be jettisoned.
The 110’s first flight was in June 1928. It crashed on 1 July 1929 and was not rebuilt, as far as I know.
