Sorry Cunning wrong on a few counts.
B scal is for 4 yrs and then they end up on the same as the A scale. It works similar to the skypest years of service.
Captains with 4 yrs of service, thats 4 yrs total, start on 136K. Don't have the 2 and 3 yrs of service numbers with me.
so a B scale effo gets 62K plus 5 grand a year for the 1st 5 years, therefore earing 87K after 5 years not taking into account CPI
Thats sort of right.
An F/O starts on 65K, each year that rises by 5K and CPI, so at the end of 4 yrs an F/O will be on around 82K + CPI increments for 4 yrs, maybe somewhere aroud 95K as a rough guess?
