Bristow already have the aircraft for the contract (if successful) so won't need to lease any from HN either.
I have it from a pretty reliable source that this is not the case. Actually Bristow/Si Chang have asked for a one year dispensation to allow time to get the aircraft specified in the contract ( 76 C++, less than 5 years old)
The same source who told me about the H-1 decision also said that First Reserve has decreed that no new ships will be sent UNTIL a decision is made re the contract.
That is company policy, no assets moved until ink on paper. They have been burned one to many times in the past.
