Not necessary to paint them in Si Chang colors because Si Chang won't lease from Heli None, they will lease from their partner, Bristow under a TSA.
Bristow already have the aircraft for the contract (if successful) so won't need to lease any from HN either.
I don't think the deal is done yet for either TAS or SFS.
