I am currently 14 (quite young
) and I want to become a pilot and join the Cathay Pacific. But I am asthma since the time when I was born, can I still join them?? (assumming that my fitness is above average and I have my Class 1 medical)
What qualities do I need to join them? Smart? Good academics? Motivated? Experiences?
