I have been in BA for 2 years, and bar some sectors taken off me because of disruption (ie fog) I have had no roster changes- hows that for stable!
Bid line also means you get input into your roster (if junior not much, if senior you can get alot of what you want wrt to days off/type of trip/destinations)
