It was there earlier this morning, I added a query about what this means to the NAVAID replacement program that was associated with the JCP - around 0630 our time (now is 0750).
Several comments were added last night in reply to TWs personal thoughts about Dick's involvement, and quoting Dick's past posts. Thread is probably off line 'being examined'.
