Maybe I can help with something more constructive...

Certainly from where I sit (On the left of a BA Airbus) my roster stability is good and despite wobble2plank cries of doom, the future seems good. Some other fleets are shrinking, routes being trimmed and moved around, but the Airbus is certainly to remain the core of BA Shorthaul. (2 new A320s being delivered in December)

I'm junior on the fleet - so bearing that in mind

August
11 days off
20 days working
6 nightstops
3 of the 10 weekend days off

September
7 days leave
10 days off
13 days working
5 nightstops
5 of the 10 weekend days off (2 during the leave)

October
15 days off
16 days working
4 nightstops
2 days simulator
1 day SEP (Cabin emergency procedures / security /etc)
3 of the 8 weekend days off

November;
9 days Leave
8 days off
13 days working
4 nightstops
5 of the 10 weekend days off (2 during the leave)

December
Reserve from 4th to 31st December including Christmas
Block of 7 days off in that period
2 of the 8 weekend days off

There you go......
Note the difference between summer & wnter schedules. More leave & days off during winter. More work in Summer.
