osr-prg less than 40 mins!!!!!
hello fellow poster,
if the 737 took off from osr which is ostrava in the north east of the czech republik just south of the polish border there is no way that it took 2 hours to fly to prg!!!!!!
i have done this route as a pax on an atr and it only took us 40mins and even with n-1 the 737 would have a higher tas at mct and probably do it in 30mins.
but it does ask the question why did the aircraft not land at the nearest suitable airport,if indeed it did suffer an engine failure.
