Ever seen this before.

During cruise, defect xxx, QRH actioned. (pilot report)

Defect xxx tested as per MM, test ok, xxx now servicable. (eng entry)

Next pilots may find switches out of normal positions ?

Whos job is it to reverse QRH actions ?
