Relax guys!!
Iīm an expat working in India (some days left anyway), and I must say I also saw the document.
I DO NOT have a copy, but itīs absolutely true. Airlines are fighting against that document, īcause they know that a lot of their expat captains will resign under that conditions.
Iīm not sure if the ruling is in force right now, but be sure it will.
Be prepared for the bad news...as usual!
