Don't they listen ?
JFR has it right, there are ructions in the ranks again. After a meeting where all sorts of assurances were made, the only advertised jobs (Engineers at Calabar) have been filled without any interviews or selection.
Now two Ops Managers in waiting have been installed without any prior word at all. One of them has been promoted out of the blue despite a dark past in the Gulf and an untrustworthy reputation here.
The National troops have been upset again only two weeks after the last disruption. This time its nationwide.
To top it off all the jobs went to expats.
So much for Nigerianisation.
