1. Yes , pay from Day 1 , that is basic and supplementary , but not rent as they provide hotel apartment for up to 4 months .

3.No overtime , 'Performance Pay' is Flight Duty pay , the more you fly the hourly pay increases . Only trainers do 90+ at the moment . Numbers being built up for the approaching day when a large number transfer to A330s late spring.Expect busy times after that !!
4.Profit shares unlikely for a while , expansion costs money and oil price is still oil price !! Don't count on it.
5.New vacation system just kicking off for 09 , 46 days ( 36 +12 Public Holidays ) , divided into 2 lots of 23 days with a 'swop' system in place for chunks of 7 days or more .
6. Only a couple of layovers at the moment , in India , but expecting more as route structure extends.
7.Not sure about prescription charges -will get back to you on that . I know they will provide medication at the clinic but unsure for how long.
