Thanks TB for the informative post. Oman Air sounds pretty good as far as their terms and conditions given the equipment. Looks like they actually might be a better place rather than FlyDubai.
Anyone in the field can you answer these questions?
1. Does your pay start on day of joining ?
2. During vacation and when you are not as yet flying, do you just get the base pay or do you also get the supplementary allowance TB mentioned?
3. Is performance pay same as overtime? When does that kick in? Are guys flying overtime?
4. Anyone get the profit sharing check as yet?
5. Can you take your vacation in one block?
6. Where does the B737NG overnight? Are most trips turns and deep night to Incredible India? How many days off normally in 7 days?
7. As far as medical treatment, do they cover prescription drugs ?
