The CSP position is a bait and switch deal the Dodds use to get guys in the door then screw them with drawn out long term contracts that rarely get paid on time, less all the perks of the CSP contract(this is why you accepted it to start with-paid days off, buisness class ticket, year long employment. Beware of Avionco and Bombardier as they are joined at the hip due to the relationship of the Avionco ownership and a longtime rep at Bombardier. They work together and I am pretty sure both get kick backs from these contracts.
The current state of aviation is this: jobs are scarce however working for Avionco you are shooting yourself bigtime. NO ONE has had a positive experience with these jerkoffs. The contracts are so loose and open to whatever,whenever by whoever.
Run if you know what is good for you. Anyone with any sense would say F!@K Avionco and Bombardier.
