Anotherthing - have to agree with you on the point on SMART pensions (see - working together!

My wife's employer started SMART pensions nearly two years ago and while people were a little more suspicious back then as it was relatively new, it has since shown real benefit to their pensions scheme and the employees - it's only an 1/80ths DB scheme, but the proportion of the underlying cost it covers is significant enough to make it worthwhile - for our scheme it was quoted that SMART may cover 0.8% of the underlying cost, but hey every little helps

So why NATS didn't do this ages ago I don't know
......one thing I have never argued here is that our management are completely competent.
