Hello folks,
question for those of you based in Nigeria or familiar with pilot recruitment there;
My 22 year old cousin is just finishing her CPL/ME/IR in the states, and was asking me about the possibility of being employed back home without a type rating. She would ideally prefer not to do a type rating until she has employment or an offer of employment.
I have no idea, really, in view of the fact that VN, Arik etc seem to only be recruiting type rated people or cadets.
Anybody know what the outlook is for her? or can you give me advise or suggestions to pass on to her? (You can PM me too if preferable)
