In essence, you can't, I'm afraid. Your JAR licence only allows you to work in JAA countries.
Without converting to another licence, your best bet is a 'temporary validation' on your JAR licence. However, IIRC, these are hard to come by and are only issued in exceptional circumstances.
More importantly though, have you got a "right to work" (ie passport, visa or greencard) in any of the places that you have listed above? You might find that this is even harder to get than the licence conversion process.
