Fellowship, my apologies for not being more specific.
On the A340 on long haul greater than 12 hours i.e. 4 man crew there are no in flight rest seats provided. Merely 2 bunks. Airbus fleet office have an deal with the cabin crew which allows one crew member to sleep in the lower deck crew rest area with the girls as the top bunk behind the cockpit is only about 1.7 metres long.
