Guess it is better to assume that
all Boeing 727 or 737 cargo airplanes have the F/O window EXT handle.

What provision for cockpit windows opening exist on cargo airplanes...? a. Both captain and F/O sliding windows can be opened from outside
b. Only captain sliding window can be opened from outside
c. Only F/O sliding window can be opened from outside
