Normally, any adverts will be pulled from PPRuNe PDQ.
However, in your case it seems that a medical condition has forced you to give up the idea of learning to fly. But is your condition such that you cannot hold a NPPL Medical Declaration?
Whilst an inability to hold a JAA Class 1 or Class 2 will preclude your holding a JAR-FCL Pilot Licence, you may well be able to hold a National PPL which has leas demanding medical requirements.
So, unless your sole aim was to become an airliner driver, perhaps you should consider a NPPL and hang on to those PPL books for the moment.
