VB premium economy is CHEAPER than the fully flexible QF economy fare and about 60% of QF business class fare, in most cases. It does offer 2 abreast seating on the B737 and more legroom.
If you open both eyes you'll see
VB premium economy is a vastly different to QF economy and with all the add ons, like Lounge access, it is very comparable to QF buisness class at a significantly reduced price.
