Ok - no worries.
Can you get an FAA medical and convert to FAA CPL(H) IR? Would that give you some options? Then you could tour overseas.
Also, when was the last time you discussed your medical issue with the CAA as things change all the time. I know of a chap who was told by the CAA he couldn't get a medical due to his eyesight under age of 25 (end of) BUT he found out from an optician friend of his the rules were changing the following week! - he had a Class 1 medical the following Thursday and passed - the CAA didn't even tell him the rules were changing. Charming!
