Errr, no.
Only 1 hull has been laid up so far. Cardiff are for re-fitting/painting etc.. Possibly for the new Club World seats.
Last week has been chaotic as it was the summer/winter changeover which often results in hulls being 'displaced' for a while.
Apparently a couple more are on their way to be 'laid up'.
