The RAAF are not doing much apart from the occassional shoot, seems more of a
PR exercise than pest control.
They plan to put a wallaby fence up inside the main security fence to stop the things bouncing around on the rwy. Problem is, there will be great holes in it where the taxiways are! That will work......not
The RAAF have guns, the contractors have guns.
The numbers have increased from 800 - 1000 initially to what is now 1700 odd.
The captive breeding program is going quite well!
