Section 911 of the Internal Revenue Code was repealed once before...during the peanut farmer (Carter) years.
Ronnie reinstated same.
Expect Obamanation to have a close look at it again.
Of course, there are ways to skirt around section 911 should it go away...but these are for me to know and you to find out about, via your tax attorney.
