My advice is use the versions on the CASA website but you need to know when they change. So try this..
All CAO and CARs (but not CAAPs) are required to be registered at the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI). Go to
this website and setup a service that notifies you when CAOs/CARs are changed.
