I was lucky enough to have known Tony when he was at Cargolux, he was a true gentlemen in every sense of the word and a fine pilot.
For those who have not read it, 'Dancing in the Skys' is a must. It is still avaialble. Sadly I have not been able to locate a copy of 'Lucky No 13'. Anybody know where I can get hold of it???
