Is it now agreed then that local Hong Kong pilots, no matter their number, do matter, and that, in general, in case of continued economic downturn, as pilots of the host country, they should be the last to be laid off, OK ?
Guava tree you are a stinking hypocrite of the highest order. On one hand you attempt to denigrate other countries for their supposed "racist" recruitment policies and then you come out with the most incredibly ill conceived hypocritical cr@p as quoted above. Perhaps you would be best served when next abroad, opening your eyes to the reality that exists outside the parallel universe in which you exist. For goodness sake, the lord-mayor of Melbourne is a Chinese migrant: (and this is an elected position), what a quintessential display of racism that is. Perhaps you could run for election under the banner "the right to racism is to be reserved for locals but not for ex-pats"

Never any worry about not getting any more expatriates, once word gets out.
That is only a dream.
There will always be more applications
The thing is that you are are all too happy to reap the benefits of employment with large corporations founded and run by expats, but seek to vilify those same expats at every opportunity. I say again..........you are a hypocrite of the highest order.

Get over your small-man inferiority complex or at least seek help for it.
