the problem is that most of italians and most of italian pilots are quite spoiled and like to complain about ... everything that sounds unfamiliar.
In my opinion, everybody is free to work and live wherever he/she likes, and thos who say that ''Italian airline = italian pilots only'' understood nothing and maybe they still think it's 1980...,
luckyly not all italians are like that.
