I know, this is an Italian forum, you are Italian pilots, so you are allowed and encouraged to speak Italian.
But the initial question (which is edited and which I didn't read) was asked by a non-Italian.
And I would really like to follow your concerns and motivations in this thread so I will be able to understand your point of view. I am interested in working for Eurofly as well, so I would like to know your opinions about your company and the pilots who work there.
In every company which I worked for before and now outside of Italy there were Italian pilots. And it was/is very nice to work together with them. So kindly asked: what is the problem here?
