what do you need to know about Medavia
I work for Medavia and still do, I was a CASA Pilot and now a Dash8 pilot. Work conditions are good so far, and I can't complain. The Casa Pilot in Medavia still working there and the only four left the company and the other upgraded with-in the company to B1900 or Dash 8.
One pilot went to AirMalta
One pilot went to fly Hawker in Europe
One pilot couldn't crack it and was not a great pilot, Didn't belive CRM and was not released, so he left and now works for NetJets, and I heard that he was fired from there too.
One Pilot left the company due to Health reasons. (Cancer)
The company contract they pay for your tickets from home to base, you get food allowance, a good place to stay and Bupa insurance. Pending on Contract you get 28/28 or 20/10, that is 28 days on and 28 days off.
