As usual you can see why SICK SQUID has no problem in banning us Sri Lankans on this forum.
here's what I know so far....
One Pack went u/s and there is a procedure in the FSI stating to reset CB to regain pack. This was done and then the next pack gave the same problem and again CB was reset. It was fine for sometime and then both packs failed and the captain decided to commence E/Descent. At 10000 the CB's were recycled again and one pack was regained. Then they decided to climb to higher altitude (to make fuel reserves) and continue to BKK. The cabin crew said they never felt the E/D and Paxs never noticed the descent and climb.
BKK station cleared the a/c and it continued to HKG and back.
A word of advice, try asking Sri at safety for details like this than a forum like this, where only morons like me waste time reading and replying....
