Regulations AMJ 25-13/AC 25-13(4): "Is at least 75% of the maximum T/O thrust for the existing ambient conditions"
Would you believe me if i told you that the GTG and the AMJ's are
WRONG? Airbus do operate some aircraft/engine combinations with FLEX of -40%.
