To me Ravindra sounds like a bitter UL pilot who stood to gain by moving fourteen points up the "pittu bambuwa" (Seniority List) and now finds his hopes dashed.
Discussing dancing pilots instead of dancing "istars" has nothing to do with the original question of the emegency descent.
