The course dates are the deciding factor .
Yr contract can be printed and approved pretty quick after the interview , but mine was sat on for a month until a course could be offered .
The actual contract is signed the day you arrive .
As for forthcoming course dates , the Boeing strike has certainly affected the course planning .Until it is resolved , and delivery dates confirmed for the 2 800s which are late , then no bets are being taken . I hear there are 2 very small courses planned for Jan and March , these can be ramped up of course .
The current 'winter' flying programme which started last week reflects the uncertainty over the deliveries . We expected some new routes to start , but only a rearrangement of some has happened so far .
