If we didn't like the job, we wouldn't be doing it.
If we don't like the company we work for, we move on.
I for one love the job I do for the company I work for. I am not shafted by my employer, and I get paid pretty well for what I do.
Others are not so lucky, but just like life, we have options. It's up to us to exercise our options as and when we see fit.
Bit like having an opinion really - we all have one; however, sometimes it's wiser to not air it quite so boldly in a public forum.
