call for the CEO

Twinki said it right and accurate! That's the way we all feel at the moment.
I feel sorry for an airline once was a 5 star level to be managed by 1 star flight ops management!

IM and BW cost was and still very high on QA, simply count the number of months they served versus the decisions they made + their own benefits + the number of resigning pilots + the indirect cost of pilots refusing to join (if they have other options) to realize that IM /BW are bad investment for the company.

The amazing question is how could they dare to get their CCQ to 330 on their first month here, while using the saving argument to stop / delay fleet transfer for the company experienced men on the 320 and the 330?

I know captains on the 320 with 12,000 hrs total time including previous experience on the 300, 767, or DC-10, but with the new rules they have to stay on the 320 while lads with half their time and experience will jump directly on the 330 / 777. well...it will not be long before they resign causing another unnecessary cost to hire and train again on the 320!

Call to the CEO:
SAVE YOUR AIRLINE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
